getBlockByHash

Usage: await client.core.getBlockByHash(hash, options)
Description: Allow to fetch a specific block by its hash

Parameters:

hash	String	yes	A valid block hash
options	DAPIClientOptions	no

Returns : {Promise<null|Buffer>} - The specified bufferized block
